This Privacy Policy explains how Stefanija Stojanova Jovanova ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the HabiForge app (the "App"), handles information when you use the App. By using the App you agree to this policy.
The App stores the information you enter or create, including:
This information stays on your device. It may be included in your device's own backups (for example iCloud or Google backups) depending on your device settings; those backups are controlled by Apple or Google, not by us.
The free version of the App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:
Your habit, medication and progress data is never shared with AdMob. We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites unless you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Upgrading to Premium removes ads.
HabiForge offers Premium as auto-renewable subscriptions (Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly) and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple (or Google Play on Android). We receive confirmation of your purchase status from the store, but never your name, payment card or billing details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions). If you allow notifications, the App schedules reminders locally on your device for the habits and times you choose. Reminders are not sent through our servers. You can change or revoke notification permission at any time in your device settings.
Important: HabiForge is a habit and reminder tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. Medication names, quantities and reminders are entered by you, stay on your device, and should be checked with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on HabiForge as your only medication reminder.
If you choose to share crash reports or diagnostics with developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may provide us with anonymous crash data.
Data stored by the App remains on your device until you delete it. You can edit or delete habits and their history in the App, or remove all App data by deleting the App. Because we do not hold your habit data, we cannot recover it if it is deleted or lost. Data collected by AdMob is retained according to Google's policies.
Your data is protected by your device's security. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock, as anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to open the App.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because your habit data is stored only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the App. For questions about advertising data or any other request, contact us at the email below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
HabiForge is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version in the App and at this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
